About us

Ordinary people make extraordinary Chaplains

If you enjoy meeting people, listening to their stories and bringing the love of God into their lives then you could join a team of Chaplains serving those who work in, or visit, Luton Town Centre.

The Luton Town Centre Chaplaincy is looking for new volunteer Chaplains and has opportunities for ‘ordinary’ Christians to join teams already serving in Luton Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, in the Town Hall and in The Mall shopping centre.  In addition, there is a new opportunity for a Chaplain to serve for a couple of hours on a Monday in the County Court.  Training is given.

If you are interested, then come along to an informal coffee morning to meet the Senior Chaplain, Michael Campbell, to find out more.  Existing volunteer Chaplains will be on hand to answer your questions and tell you what it’s like (and how much they enjoy it!)
